Women leading with experience, integrity and a shared commitment to inclusive leadership.

Leadership Rooted in Experience

DaWN was founded by women who understand leadership from multiple perspectives — business, law, education, governance and community development.

Each founder brings lived experience, strategic insight and a shared belief that diverse women deserve stronger networks and clearer pathways to opportunity.

Together, they are building a platform that blends credibility with community.
